Dan Corson’s reconfigured Oscillating Field. Photos by Blank Space.
I just love seeing pubic art in the neighborhood. Dan Corson’s reconfigured Oscillating Field opened last night. It is located on the corner of Denny and Broadway, in Capitol Hill. Funded by Sound Transit to keep the site of the future Capitol Hill light rail station active until construction begins after the first of the year. I have to admit I was a bit bummed that we had to view it through a fence for the opening. I am looking forward to seeing the green rod textures in the daylight. It will be up through the end of November.
