UX Design for the UW’s E-Ticketing System
The University of Washington contacted us to design, develop, implement, and administer the e-ticketing system for 2018 Commencement. They wanted to go paperless to cut printing costs and waste, and have a system that would be more capable and convenient than their old manual approach to ticketing. With over 15 ticket types, the ticketing for commencement is complex and our project timeline was short, but we were able to deliver a system that was well- received and successfully ticketed over 45,000 people.
