PaperCutWorks

I love maps. I dig unique paper projects. I have a thing for anything cut with an exacto knife. Since I also love Seattle it seems PaperCutWorks was made for me. I heart homemade, a great blog about all things homemade, is doing a special PaperCutWorks givaway. (Deadline for entry in May 19th.)

Each of these intricate hand-cut hearts is made from old dictionary pages, outdated maps or vintage sheet music.  Ania — the gal behind the hearts — then mounts them on wood blocks or paper cards.  The end result are these expressive anatomical paper hearts.  What better way to say, “I love you” or “I left my heart in Seattle” (or San Francisco, Portland…)?

Thanks Mindi! I love your Ohio idea by the way… & I’m keeping my fingers crossed since I don’t have any control over the giveaway
